Project Delivery: Manage awarded projects from handover to completion, including procurement, scheduling, risk management, and budget control.
Commercial & Financial: Track project performance, manage variation registers, control costs, and oversee monthly progress claims.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong working relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal site teams.
Compliance & Quality: Support quality assurance, site safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in civil estimating and project management.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of civil construction methodologies, detailed take-offs, contract management, and project costing.
