Key Responsibilities:
... - Consistently apply and enhance Asset Management processes, seeking efficiencies through innovative technologies.
- Build and nurture positive customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Make informed decisions to minimize whole lifecycle costs of assets and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Asset Management Plans and standards.
- Ensure compliance with Capital Management systems, overseeing project forecasting and reporting until project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering Degree with senior technical capability and leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Process Engineering, especially in sewerage transfer and treatment plants.
- Proven history of effective risk management in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in asset management of water and/or sewerage assets, with a specific focus on HV switchboards.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in standard office IT systems (MS Office, Maximo, GIS, etc.).
- Analytical thinker with the ability to explore and evaluate diverse solution options.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative spirit to achieve customer-centric outcomes.
