The Opportunity:
We are seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused medical sales representative to represent our market-leading portfolio across retail pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
In these dynamic field roles, you will act as a trusted brand ambassador, driving product availability, delivering engaging product education to GP's, dermatologists, Nurses & Specialist Clinics and executing key commercial campaigns to grow your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers across your assigned patch.
- Drive territory sales performance through effective field planning, account management, and product placement.
- Conduct engaging educational sessions and staff training on Ego’s dermatological product range.
- Identify new growth opportunities and negotiate commercial outcomes across your pharmacy accounts.
- Represent Ego Pharmaceuticals at industry events, trade shows, and educational seminars.
- Manage occasional regional travel within your defined territory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in pharmaceutical, GP or specialist pharmaceutical sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, a self-motivated work ethic, and a genuine passion for skincare and health.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of building rapport quickly.
- A valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to undertake regional territory travel.
