• Experienced Educators: Proven experience working within early childhood settings, bringing strong classroom engagement, supervision skills, and a reliable work ethic.
• Qualified Professionals: A completed Certificate III, Diploma, or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification in Early Years
• Engaging Program Delivery: Motivation to implement high-quality, engaging, and activity-based learning programs that inspire young minds and hear young voices.
• Curriculum Knowledge: A strong dedication to understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services around the Bundoora and surrounding areas.
• Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.

About you:

• Qualified Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood / Childcare
• Willingness to travel to different locations around your area
• Able to implement quality, engaging, and activity-based programs
• An understanding of the Early Learning Framework
• Early Childhood Teachers must have a willingness to obtain their relevant state based teachers registration
• Australian work rights and a willingness to gain you state based working with children's check and Food Handling Certificate.
• Committed to Child Safeguarding and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities
• Willingness to complete national mandatory child safety training
• Able to provide contact details of two most recent professional referees who have managed you and can speak to your ability to work with children (eg Director, Coordinator, Area Manager)
