early careers talent acquisition advisor (12 month contract)

We are looking for a Early Careers Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at the largest e-commerce brand in the world! This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

You won't just be filling roles, you will be the face of our organisation at university campuses and will be comfortable with speaking at events and advocating for our early career programs.

As the primary point of contact for campus recruitment, you will partner with business leaders and internal teams to build our presence, hiring strategy, and secure the best early-career talent.

Your role

• Strategy & Branding: Design and support operational plans to attract top-tier early-career talent.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain sustainable partnerships with faculty, placement officers, alumni, and student organizations.
• Event: Lead on-campus engagement, from info sessions and talks
• Recruitment: Own the end-to-end process: screening CVs, managing the interview workflow, and facilitating panel assessments.
• Data-Driven: Analyse university performance metrics to improve engagement strategies, measure effectiveness and results.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the point of contact, ensuring candidates has a positive and engaging experience from start to finish.

About you

• Experience: Rcruitment experience, with a focus on Campus or early careers hiring.
• Influence: Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
