dispatch/warehousing

• • Ensure accurate, timely & cost-efficient dispatch of goods and transport arrangement for regional and interstate deliveries using multiple online portals and providers.
  • Coordinate truck loading and unloading.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on any issues arising with the dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor and report on pallet movement
  • Timely investigation of complaints in relation to transport issues or returned goods.
  • Perform a variety of data entry activities in relation to production, stocktaking, maintaining dispatch records and DG paperwork.
  • Accurate inventory management and stock control across multiple locations to ensure maintenance of appropriate stock levels.
  • Receipt incoming deliveries ensuring accuracy, completeness and conformance
  • Assist in the update of warehouse operating procedures and training documentation.
  • Accurate and timely update of various warehouse, production, customer, supplier & WHS spreadsheets

• Strong, proven experience in warehousing procedures and safety protocols.

• High commitment to Safety standards

• Reliable with a good attitude and willing to learn

• Excellent reliability, communication, and team-player attitude.
