Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Successfully providing quality resolution of disputed accounts
- Following compliance protocols, guidelines and regulations
- Ensuring that customer requests are actioned efficiently and effectively
- Communicating clearly and with respect to all customers
Your skills and experience:
- You will have the natural ability and desire to help others as well as building trusting relationships
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You thrive in busy, fast paced environments
- You're empathetic, compassionate & professional
- Ability to work in a team

Hours:
- 38 hours per week
- Rotating roster provided in advance
- Monday to Friday - no weekend work!
