Customer Service Representative | Short-Term Contract
Location: Southern Suburbs (Onkaparinga / Noarlunga area)
Pay Rate: $41.82 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3-week assignment starting late September (potential extension for 1–2 weeks)
About the Role
We are seeking a confident, articulate, and resilient Customer Service Representative for an immediate full-time contract based in the southern suburbs. This position focuses on proactive phone-based follow-ups, accurate data entry, and processing administrative updates within a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting outbound administrative phone calls to follow up on outstanding account and registration details.
Accurately inputting and updating high volumes of records into Microsoft Excel and specialised online databases.
Safely processing payments directly over the phone.
Professionally handling challenging or escalated caller interactions with tact, composure, and diplomacy.
What We Are Looking For
Strong Resilience: Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally while maintaining a calm, customer-focused approach.
Technical Proficiency: Confident skills in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and web-based databases.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written capabilities with a clear, articulate phone manner.
Reliability: Available to commit to full-time hours for the full duration of the contract starting in late September.
