About the Role

This role serves as the frontline support for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on order processing, job bookings, and technical product support. Key Responsibilities

• Order & Booking Management: Receive, process, and coordinate customer orders, job bookings, and general enquiries promptly.

• Stakeholder Support: Provide clear technical product information and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

• Workflow Coordination: Work closely with internal and external teams to meet tight deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

• Team Collaboration: Share the daily workload to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and response targets are consistently met.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 12 to 18 months of customer service experience in an office-based environment.

• Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen.

• Personality & Culture Fit: Bubbly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated with a "workhorse" attitude—willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

• Resilience: Able to maintain a positive, professional demeanor and sound decision-making under high pressure.

• Communication & Tech: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong proficiency in MS Office and standard data systems.

• Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and eagerness to learn new challenge areas.
