About the Role

We are partnering with one of Australia’s Big 4 banks to find a Market Operations Associate for their Business Banking division. This is a high-volume, fast-paced servicing role where you will support dedicated corporate clients with their transactional banking needs. You will manage incoming queries across email, phone, and four internal portals.

This isn't a standard public call centre; you will handle roughly 10 inbound/outbound client calls a day and manage a workflow of 20–30 emails.

The Day-to-Day

  • Act as the direct point of contact for dedicated business clients, answering queries and following up on open requests.

  • Manage and resolve 20–30 client emails per day.

  • Handle low-volume, high-value phone interactions (approx. 10 calls a day).

  • Collaborate daily with a tight-knit national team spanning Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.

Training & WFH Structure

  • First 8 Weeks: Full-time in the Sydney office. You’ll undergo comprehensive training covering four distinct product sets to build your foundational knowledge.

  • Post-Training: Transition to a hybrid 50/50 model (alternating 2 days in office one week, 3 days the next).

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior contact centre, customer service, or multitasking experience is highly regarded. * Banking experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

  • Tech-savvy multitaskers. You need to be comfortable jumping between multiple screens, systems, and team chats simultaneously.

  • Adaptable self-starters. Processes can be unique; you need to be resilient in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn.
