About the Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing key administrative support to the management team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
We are looking for someone adaptable who can be flexible with their working days to cover changing business needs, jump in to manage incoming calls, organise physical and digital documents, and take accurate meeting notes.
What You'll Be Doing
... - Front-of-House & Phone Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for incoming enquiries and answering high-volume phone calls with exceptional service.
- General Office Administration: Managing accurate data entry, organising files, and moving/archiving physical and digital documents.
- Meeting & Operational Support: Taking notes during meetings, assisting with scheduling, and coordinating general office duties.
- Managerial Assistance: Providing direct administrative support to senior managers as required.
- Operational Efficiency: Aligning with business priorities and KPIs to ensure seamless daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to be flexible with working days to cover business needs and changing schedules.
- Relevant Experience: Previous background in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong Communication: A bright, enthusiastic personality paired with a professional phone manner and clear written communication.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: Exceptional attention to detail, strong note-taking abilities, and solid organisational skills.
- Team & Autonomous Drive: Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and maintain a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Environment Fit: Comfortable working within an industrial/logistics-based environment.
- Bonus Skills: Background in invoicing, reconciliation, or finance is highly regarded.
