This role is suited to a tenacious self starter who thrives in a complex environment and excels at driving towards a common goal, bringing senior stakeholders along for the journey.
The role entails regular travel to the head office but also to sites of newly acquired businesses which may be across Melbourne.

- Working with the CEO and Private Equity partners, supporting ongoing due diligence of future M&A prospects with a view of value creation through synergies
- Drive cultural change across the group by effective stakeholder engagement of senior executives
- Project manage both small individual and larger programmes of change management activities
- Development of target operating models for acquired businesses within the group
- Value creation through synergy realisation for already acquired companies within the group
- Demonstrable experience in the delivery of a post-merger end-to-end integration
- Demonstrable delivery of measurable cost and revenue synergies through transformation activities
- Direct experience consolidating enabling functions such as Finance, Technology, and Operations
- Experience with EBITDA accountability
- MBA or similar (highly desirable)
