Responsibilities include

• Procure, package, and negotiate subcontracts through to final account
• Manage all claims, variations, progress payments, and contract correspondence from both a head contract and subcontract perspectives.
• Oversee monthly budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Build, mentor and lead commercial team members.

Experience Required

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the Australian commercial construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and commercial management practices.
• Experience delivering commercial towers or apartments with project values exceeding $100 million.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage all stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Full Australian working rights.
