Commercial Contracts Administrator Position
Randstad are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Contracts Administrator to join the team at a large Tier 1 commercial builder in their Construction division. This role is vital in providing high level support to their Project Management teams, ensuring their commercial construction projects exceed standards in safety, quality, and commercial success.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for project administration coordination. You will work autonomously within our integrated management system to manage contract compliance and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Coordinate project correspondence, drawings, and manuals.
- Tenders and Programs: Assist with tender bids and project submissions while maintaining construction programs.
- Financial and Reporting: Assist with monthly progress claims, tax invoices, and project variations such as EOTs, RFIs, and SIs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Organise project meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain open communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Safety and Quality: Actively participate in SWMS, report hazards, and implement quality control techniques to ensure a safe work environment.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience within the commercial construction industry and familiarity with project management operations.
- Qualifications and Licences:
- Current Car Driver’s Licence.
- White Card.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or WHS for Managers and Supervisors.
- Professional Skills:
- Strong computer literacy and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
- The ability to flex with project needs and work effectively under pressure.
