The Opportunity
Due to the establishment of brand-new regional teams, we are seeking ambitious, driven Contract Administrators (up to Mid-Level). If you possess sharp commercial acumen and want to be genuinely valued for your skill, this is your next career milestone.
These roles are specifically suited for focused, high-performing professionals looking to fast-track their progression into Project Management.

... Procurement & Letting: Preparing comprehensive subcontract packages (scopes, procurement, and scheduling).
Contract Management: Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing subcontracts and variations.
Financial Administration: Managing progress claims, external variations, forecasting, and detailed budget reporting.
Project Support: Administering RFIs, minuting project meetings, and maintaining clear, detailed project documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively collaborating with Project Managers and clearly communicating requirements to subcontractors.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate, energetic CA who thrives on challenge and aims to overachieve. You will need:
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a CA with a reputable, recognized Australian building contractor.
Project Exposure: A proven track record on mixed projects over $2M (experience in Commercial, Industrial, Defence, or Government sectors is highly advantageous).

Qualifications: A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Project; Procore experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, confident communication, and the ability to write clear, detailed reports.

Work-Life Balance: Regular family events, social initiatives, and genuine flexibility around your personal commitments.
Reward & Recognition: An excellent salary package alongside a clear, documented path to promotion and long-term career security.
