What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and update assessment tools ensuring alignment with Training Package requirements, Principles of Assessment, and Rules of Evidence.

• Create assessment mapping and ancillary documents to support educational standards.

• Develop, review, and update learning resources that are educationally sound and reflect current industry practices.

• Modify existing resources based on feedback from Quality Assurance, validation processes, and vocational specialists.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align project tasks with established objectives and milestones.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Working knowledge of AQF guidelines, Standards for Training Packages, and Standards for RTOs 2015.

• Demonstrated ability to develop valid and reliable assessment tools and associated documentation.

• Proven track record of developing industry-accurate learning resources to support teaching and learning needs.

• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, and function autonomously within a team environment.
