About the Role
Ensuring the absolute accuracy and governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Working within an expanding technology ecosystem, you will safeguard the integrity of infrastructure, applications, and services to support effective risk control.
About You
Strong hands-on experience working directly with ServiceNow CMDB platforms and CSDM frameworks.
Understanding of ITIL frameworks, specifically across Configuration, Change, Incident, and Asset Management.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for data quality frameworks and lifecycle management.
ITIL Foundation 4 certification or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-DF) credentials are highly regarded.
