communications analyst (sap / erp)

What You Will Do:

• Support the delivery of program and value stream level communications to help employees understand and adopt complex changes.
• Coordinate and deliver communication activities across multiple projects, collaborating closely with Business Readiness and Change Leads.
• Translate complex system and process changes into plain language so employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and what actions are required.
• Prepare and deliver targeted communication materials across various channels to build awareness, readiness, and alignment across diverse audiences.
• Collect and analyse stakeholder feedback and insights to assess communication effectiveness, identify gaps, and refine ongoing engagement activities..

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering communication strategies, plans, and artefacts to support human performance during large-scale ICT, digital, or SAP/ERP transformations.
• Proven background working within large corporate environments or Federal, State, or Local Government sectors.
• Excellent consultation, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a track record of developing high-quality targeted communication materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, build virtual or cross-functional relationships, and foster a unified "one team" mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage shifting priorities in high-pressure environments, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
