We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our South West Sydney aged care home as second-in-command. Reporting directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you will draw on your strong background to lead clinical care programs, mentor staff, and ensure our facility delivers the highest standard of resident care.
About the Role
Resident & Family Care: Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their loved ones.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and empower the next generation of nurses and care staff.
Clinical Governance: Oversee daily clinical operations, compliance, reporting, and stock management.
Program Development: Continuously elevate and refine tailored clinical care programs.
Operations: Assist with the financial and budget management of the home.
What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
3+ years of nursing management experience (ward level or above) with a background in Aged Care.
Proven experience managing care teams and operational budgets.
An honest, ethical leadership style with a passion for continuous learning and resident wellbeing.
