An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Support Officer to join an established software business in a part-time (20 hours per week, across 5 days), 100% remote, work from home role.
You’ll provide day-to-day customer support, user assistance, online training and administration, helping clients get the most out of the company’s software platform. This is a great opportunity for someone from customer service, client support, help desk or administration who enjoys problem solving, building relationships and working independently.

- $80,000 - $95,000 + super pro rata
- Flexible start and finish times
- Monday to Friday role

Your Responsibilities
- Providing timely and effective client and customer support
- Responding to user queries and providing clear solutions
- Delivering and assisting with online client training
- Supporting clients with the use of the software platform
- Maintaining and improving customer support resources
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
About You
- Experience in customer service, client support, technical support, administration or help desk support
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience working with accountants or accounting professionals, or a qualification in accounting or finance is essential
