About the Role
Reporting directly to the Employment Pathways Team Leader, you will be the engine room for employment outcome claims under the RAES Program.
You won't just be entering data—you will calculate, claim, and track 52-week employment outcomes, manage project budgets, and work directly with site teams and employers to ensure every participant's job success is recognized and funded.
Key Responsibilities
- Claim Calculation & Submission: Calculate, lodge, and secure employment outcome claims in government systems (ECSN/ESS) within strict NIAA deadlines.
- Employer & Site Collaboration: Support employers and remote site teams to track payslips, resolve issues early, and keep participants employed past the 52-week milestone.
- Project Budgeting & Payments: Track project budgets, verify evidence, and process monthly payments to stakeholders efficiently.
- Performance Reporting & Auditing: Perform internal data audits, identify trends, and deliver clear weekly/monthly tracking reports to site teams and leadership.
- Data Management & Systems: Maintain rock-solid participant datasheets and ensure accurate record-keeping across all program systems.
What You Will Bring
- Systems Literacy: Hands-on experience using employment service systems (ECSN, ESS, or similar government databases) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Background: Proven experience in customer service, senior administration, claims processing, or community services.
- Precision & Drive: Sharp attention to detail with the drive to meet Assessed Claims Targets and key performance metrics.
- Communication & Relationship Skills: Down-to-earth communication style to build trust with remote site teams, business owners, and community stakeholders.
- Mobility & Clearances: Willingness to travel to remote Indigenous communities via light aircraft or unsealed roads, with relevant background checks.
