About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Leading Hand to spearhead a new project kicking off in Bli Bli. In this role, you will be the linchpin on-site, responsible for running a productive crew and managing subcontractors to ensure project milestones are hit safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Crew Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a crew of civil laborers and plant operators.
Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee on-site subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project specs and safety standards.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce site safety protocols, and ensure all work complies with QA requirements.
Site Operations: Read and interpret plans, coordinate daily tasks, manage material deliveries, and maintain daily site diaries.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in civil construction leadership and hold the following current qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record as a Civil Leading Hand running crews and subcontractors.
White Card: General Construction Induction.
Dogging Licence (DG): Licence to Perform Dogging is essential.
Traffic Control: Level 1 Traffic Control licence.
Rigging: Basic Rigging (RB) ticket minimum.
Driver's Licence: Current, unrestricted Open Manual Driver’s Licence.
