Educational Quality: Drive continuous improvement under the NQF, ensuring exceptional early learning standards 🎨📚
Operations & Compliance: Maintain full operational compliance, child safety standards, and enrolment targets 🛡️📊
Community Connection: Build strong relationships with families and the broader Hamilton community 🌼🤝
Requirements & Qualifications 🎓
Qualification: Diploma of Children’s Services (or higher Early Childhood qualification) 📜
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in childcare management, team leadership, and staff retention 🌟
First Aid & Health: Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications 🩺🚑
Compliance & Safety: Comprehensive understanding of child safety, compliance, and regulatory standards ✅
Training: Child Safety / Gekko Training completed 🦎🛡️
Work Rights: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and full Australian work rights 🇦🇺
References: Ability to provide 2 professional supervisory references 📝
