What You Will Do:
Support the delivery of transformation initiatives by translating operating models and technical inputs into practical change outputs.
Create and maintain key change artefacts, including impact assessments, stakeholder trackers, and user guides.
Help draft, tailor, and schedule communications for diverse internal and external audiences under the guidance of the Change Manager.
Assist with stakeholder coordination by mapping engagement activities and supporting workshops or feedback sessions.
Contribute to project execution by tracking readiness activities, maintaining change logs, and monitoring adoption across the lifecycle.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
1–3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, business analysis, or a similar environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical information.
Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a reliable execution mindset.
A collaborative approach and a strong desire to learn and develop within transformation and change management.
Prior exposure to technology projects, process mapping, or general awareness of change principles like ADKAR is highly desirable.
