About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Operations Lead to head up our established facility in Dubbo. In this multi-faceted leadership role, you will take full ownership of site operations—leading trade counter services, warehouse fulfillment, inventory control, and customer care functions while driving a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and trade team.
- Oversee day-to-day branch fulfillment, trade desk activities, and logistics.
- Manage branch P&L, control operational costs, and monitor sales results.
- Maintain stock accuracy, manage branch assets, and enforce strict WHS standards.
- Build strong relationships with local trade accounts and commercial suppliers.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven background managing operations, trade retail, distribution, or branch teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, stock control, and team coaching.
- Customer-focused leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary/business qualifications (desirable) and a valid Driver’s Licence.
