Randstad is seeking experienced, trade-qualified Boilermaker Welders. We are looking for skilled professionals to step into a busy, high-performing workshop role.

What you’ll be doing:
Delivering high-quality workshop fabrication for major civil infrastructure projects
Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
Cutting, shaping, and welding structural steel and heavy components
Working closely with the workshop team to meet project deadlines
Maintaining a high standard of workplace health and safety
What you need to bring to the table:
Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
Proven industry experience in a similar workshop role (MIG, TIG, and Stick)
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a zero-compromise approach to safety
