Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair automotive electrical systems in light and heavy vehicles in accordance with Australian standards.
- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting on a variety of electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Complete required job documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Relevant Trade Qualification.
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to work in frequent awkward positions (e.g., under vehicle dashes for air-conditioning repairs).
- Must currently reside in Australia with valid work rights.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
