The Role
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store! Working side by side with the Store Manager, you’ll inspire the team, keep the floor buzzing, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
Here’s what your day will look like:
- Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and empower our retail team to shine and hit their personal bests!
- Styling & Merchandising: Bring creative energy to the sales floor, bringing visual standards to life and driving sales through fun, trend-focused displays.
- Store Operations: Keep things running seamlessly from managing rosters and stock flow to stepping up and running the show when the Store Manager is away.
- Customer Magic: Set the tone for incredible customer experiences and make our store the go to shopping spot in Braybrook!
- Business Savvy: Keep an eye on sales reports, wage budgets, and stock management to keep the store performing at its best.

- A Retail Superstar: You have proven supervisory or management experience in a fast paced retail environment.
- A Natural Leader: You bring warmth, positivity, and high energy that motivates everyone around you!
- Fashion & Trend Aware: You love retail trends and know how to present stock so it practically sells itself.
- Organised & Driven: You’re great with rosters, stock control, and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Flexible: Ready to work a full time, rotating roster (including evenings and weekends).
