About the Role
Are you a creative Learning & Development professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an APS5 Instructional Designer to join our holistic L&D team.
In this role, you will design and refine high-quality learning programs for frontline staff and external community partners. From contributing to flagship 12-week onboarding journeys to creating micro-learning and video-on-demand resources, you will balance creativity with process discipline to build end-to-end learning solutions in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Diverse Program Design: Develop e-learning, micro-learning, video-on-demand (VOD), continuous improvement solutions, and content supporting major organizational reform.
Onboarding & Capability: Support core onboarding programs using pre-learning, flipped classroom methodologies, facilitated modules, and on-the-job training.
Accessibility First: Embed accessibility and inclusion into courseware from the outset, strictly adhering to WCAG 2.2 standards to ensure complete learner choice.
Trainer Engagement: Deliver trainer familiarization sessions and occasionally support classroom or virtual facilitation where required.
Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Senior Instructional Designers, and broader squads to deliver seamless, LMS-ready courseware.
What We Are Looking For
Technical Skills: 2–3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate L&D environments, with demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Storyline (highly desirable), Articulate Rise, and LMS platforms.
Methodologies: Solid grounding in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and end-to-end courseware development.
Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to balance creative solutions with process discipline.
Facilitation Experience: Prior facilitation or classroom delivery experience is highly regarded, though not mandatory.
Backgrounds in the private sector are highly valued—we welcome fresh perspectives!
