Pay Rate: $48.60/hr + Super

What You'll Be Doing
Taking inbound calls from clients, medical service providers, and key stakeholders in a supportive environment.
Processing treatment requests, verifying eligibility, and handling routine correspondence.
Updating client records accurately using modern internal database platforms.
Escalating complex queries to specialist teams while keeping clients informed.
Collaborating with a supportive team to meet daily service delivery goals.
What We're Looking For
Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in phone-based customer service, call centers, or administrative support.
Tech-Savvy: Strong data entry skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly.
Great Communicator: Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
Clearance Ready: Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (sponsored upon start).
Location Flexibility: Ability to attend full-time training on-site in your capital city, transitioning to up to 2 days working from home afterward.
