My client is a multinational organisation currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Applications Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize their digital systems and applications.
In this role, you will work closely with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop, and implement solutions that resolve application challenges, enhance performance, and maximize user productivity across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with internal business stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop, and implement solutions that resolve application challenges, enhance performance, and maximize user productivity across the organization.
Application Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support, resolve issues reported by employees, perform regular maintenance checks, and ensure system safety, security, and backups.
Upgrades & Deployments: Manage implementation deployments, application upgrades, and test new software or systems for functional success.
System Integration: Maintain application integrations, monitor data flows, perform reconciliations, and support month-end processes.
Business Analysis & Improvement: Analyze workflows, define system outputs based on user tasks, prepare cost-benefit analyses for new projects, and diagram processes for the ICT team.
Training & Engagement: Deliver end-user training, design instruction processes, and assist with hardware/software rollout engagement.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar Applications Analyst role.
Preferred Systems Knowledge: Experience with any of the following key platforms is highly regarded:
Workday: Talent Management, Recruiting, ESS, Payroll & Time Management
Salesforce: Sales & Marketing CRM
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations: Purchase Orders, GL Posting, Accounts Payable
Problem Solving & Analysis: Strong logical reasoning skills to analyze, test, and troubleshoot complex application challenges.
Project & Time Management: Ability to provide coordination and support for multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Data & Statistics: Proficient in gathering and interpreting data/reports to identify trends and optimize performance.
Self-Driven: Eager to learn business operations quickly and commit to ongoing self-development.
