Join a High Impact Regional Communications Team
Support the delivery of vital public infrastructure communications across a diverse regional network. In this dynamic 8 month initial contract based in Nerang, you will transform technical project details into engaging visual assets that inform and connect local communities.
The Role
Working alongside experienced communications advisors, you will manage a wide array of visual design and administrative collateral. Your core focus will be translating project data into accessible visual mediums while adhering to corporate brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing visual collateral such as project maps, infographics, fact sheets, flyers, and executive presentations.
Sourcing and managing stock imagery and brand photography in accordance with government guidelines.
Coordinating external procurement for specialized graphic design and printing services.
Maintaining document control, contact databases, and stakeholder meeting records.
Managing multiple visual design requests concurrently within a fast paced environment.
The Tech Stack & Environment
You will utilize contemporary graphic design tools alongside standard workplace software:
Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Modern document and record management systems
Structured procurement portals and supplier workflows
What You'll Bring
Strong background in visual communications or graphic design (tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to deliver high volume visual assets to strict timelines.
Practical familiarity with brand visual identity systems and digital accessibility standards.
