- Investigations & Intelligence: For analytical thinkers with strong investigative instincts. You will navigate complex case files, research background information, and draft clear client correspondence to resolve sensitive account matters.
- Engagement: For confident communicators who thrive in high-volume environments. You will manage phone and email inquiries, review financial applications, and negotiate realistic payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound phone and email correspondence with high attention to detail and empathy.
- Assess complex financial forms, applications, and supporting documents to deliver fair outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and investigative methods to analyze case details and determine resolution paths.
- Conduct professional negotiations regarding outstanding client accounts.
- Maintain precision when updating internal government databases and software systems.
What You Will Bring
