Randstad is currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Officer to support a well-established state government department on the Gold Coast (Robina location). This is an AO3 position for a long term assignment with full time hours. As the Administration Officer, you will undertake activities relating to the coalition and filing of internal assessments to meet the needs of the department.

- Administrative support to the team
- Records management
- Data entry
- Record important information in the database where required
- Manage data entry into various information management systems
- Other general office and administration duties include word processing, printing and scanning.
Skills/experience:
- Previous experience in recordkeeping and document management
- Previous experience using a range of government systems
- Strong Communications skills, with the ability to speak with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent administrative skills
