We are seeking a reliable, multi-skilled All-Round Operator to join our team for an immediate start. In this dynamic role, you won't just be stuck in one cabin. You will hit the ground running, operating high-tonnage heavy mobile plant across large-scale civil, mining, and roadwork projects.
You will be a critical asset on-site, moving flexibly between different machinery to maintain high-volume material handling, shifting stock, and driving daily site productivity. Working alongside a supportive management team that priorities safety and crew well-being, you will have the opportunity to showcase your precision and "can-do" attitude.
About your next role
- Operate a variety of heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently, including Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Dozers, and Side Tippers.
- Conduct high-volume material handling, civil roadworks, stockpile management, and bulk earthworks.
- Perform mandatory daily pre-start machinery checks and routine basic maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, surveyors, and the broader ground crew to hit strict project schedules.
- Maintain a Total Commitment to Safety by adhering to strict site protocols and keeping a clean work environment.
What you will need to bring
- Proven experience operating multiple types of civil/mining earthmoving plant, with GPS experience being highly regarded.
- RII tickets for heavy machinery (Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Dozers, Side Tippers etc).
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step out of the cab to help the team when required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Construction White Card.
- Current Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver's Licence or higher.
What you will get in return
You will receive a highly competitive hourly rate of $55–$65+ per hour with plenty of overtime available through up-to-day 12-hour shifts. Unlike standard contracts, your superannuation will be paid on all hours worked. All of your travel and living expenses are covered, including flights, comfortable camp accommodation, and meals.
