About the Role: Are you a hands-on problem solver with mechanical or electrical skills looking for a varied, autonomous role? We are seeking a reliable, motivated Mechanical or Electrical all-rounder to join a leading national entertainment provider across NSW.
This mobile, field-based role involves servicing, maintaining, and preparing interactive children's rides and skill tester machines located in major shopping centres and venues. If you enjoy fixing things, working independently, and taking pride in keeping equipment safe and running smoothly, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine servicing, diagnostic troubleshooting, cleaning, and electrical/mechanical repairs on equipment
- Installations & Relocations: Prepare new machinery for installation and handle on-site equipment moves across various locations.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct thorough routine safety checks to ensure full compliance with OH&S regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Aptitude: Mechanical or electrical background or hands-on experience working on equipment
- Problem Solver: Practical, detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repairs.
- Work Ethic: Autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently on the road while collaborating effectively with a broader team.
- Communication & Demeanour: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with the public.
- Safety Commitment: High standard for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Licence: Valid driver’s licence - mandatory requirement
