We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team on the Sapphire Coast. In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care and provide strong leadership to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee direct, individualized clinical care to residents.
Lead and support a collaborative care team within a positive shift environment.
Maintain a person-centred approach that respects each resident’s unique goals and preferences.
Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You
Qualifications: Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Work Rights: Valid Australian working rights.
Clinical Skills: Demonstrated clinical decision-making, sound judgment, and direct care planning experience.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, delegate, and support care staff effectively.
Compassionate Approach: A genuine passion for aged care and advocating for residents and their families.
Note: Successful candidates must possess or be willing to obtain a valid National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
