As the Night Duty RN, you will step into a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the safety, clinical care, and well-being of our residents when it matters most.
📅 The Roster & Flexibility:
This is a part-time position with a set fortnightly roster, but we do require flexibility across the following nights:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
⭐ Key Requirements:
Aged Care Experience: Proven experience working within the Australian Aged Care sector is essential. You understand the unique clinical and emotional needs of residents in this setting. This role is not accepting applicants located overseas.
RN in Charge Capability: Because this is night duty, you must be entirely comfortable and experienced acting as the RN in Charge of the facility, leading a small night team and making independent clinical decisions.
Active AHPRA Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
