- 6 months+ experience as an Aged Care Nurse
- Current AHPRA Registration.

- Administering medications and complex clinical treatments
- Leading, supervising, and mentoring care staff including ENs and PCWs
- Collaborating with doctors and families to develop individualised care plans
- Managing clinical documentation and compliance
- Monitoring residents for acute changes in health status and coordinating emergency responses
