About the Job
Step into a vibrant, fast-paced team of five, reporting directly to an approachable and supportive Operations Coordinator. You’ll be in the administrative engine room, bridging daily driver operations with high-level compliance and safety mapping.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driver Engagement: Conducting daily driver debriefs and managing customer service or complaint resolution efficiently.
- Compliance & Safety Management: Reviewing driver log sheets to ensure break compliance, updating internal safety trackers, and logging data into web portals.
- Visual & Systems Formatting: Updating visual site delivery maps, refurbishment notes, and safety turn-around zones using PowerPoint and Excel to ensure all site diagrams match current safety standards.
- Reporting & Tracking: Assisting with P&L data entry, tracking operational metrics, and maintaining site documentation across national client accounts.
About You
We are looking for a switched-on, personable, and light-hearted professional who balances a sharp eye for detail with a positive, adaptable attitude. You bring a collaborative energy to the office and thrive in a role where compliance and precision truly matter.
Qualifications & Skills:
- System Savvy: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking) and PowerPoint (formatting site maps, visual diagrams, and updating templates).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy with compliance reporting, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Great Communicator: Comfortable talking with drivers, handling complaints calmly, and building strong working relationships within a tight-knit team.
- Reliable: Ready to hit the ground running for a 6–8 week temp assignment on-site in Padstow.
