An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading global technology business based in North Sydney.
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, reporting, documentation and process support.
This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrator or Administration Assistant who enjoys working with different stakeholders and is confident in learning new systems and technology.

Your Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, meetings and general team administration
- Preparing reports, presentations and documentation
- Supporting projects, workflows and documentation
- Assisting with routine reporting from internal database
- Supporting onboarding, offboarding and compliance documentation
- Coordinating updates between technical teams and key stakeholders
About You
- Experience as an Administrator, Administration Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Project Administrator
- Strong organisation, coordination and time management skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Comfortable learning new systems and working within a technology environment
