What You Will Be Doing When you pick up a shift, your daily tasks will be varied but generally include:

  • Data Entry and Processing: Accurately updating spreadsheets and maintaining internal databases.

  • General Admin: Filing, scanning, and managing document control for a busy corporate office.

  • Customer and Team Support: Occasionally answering phones, taking detailed messages, and assisting with general enquiries.

  • Ad Hoc Duties: Helping out with general office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For You do not need years of corporate experience, but you do need a great attitude and the ability to hit the ground running. We are looking for:

  • Australian Citizenship: Due to the security requirements of our partner's national operations, Australian Citizenship is essential for this position.

  • Flexible Availability: You are open to picking up ad hoc, casual shifts as they arise.

  • Tech Savvy: Confident using a computer and navigating the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Highly Organised: Great attention to detail and the ability to pick up new processes quickly.

  • Reliable and Professional: A positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
