• Responsible for bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Contribute significantly to month-end management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and procedures are followed.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance and educate operational stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant for over 2-3 years
• Proficiency in using TechOne (Desirable) and strong financial principles
• Exceptional networking abilities, with a proven capacity to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Studying towards CA/ CPA - Desirable
