About The Role:
You will be responsible for providing housing solutions to Government employee tenants through the delivery of efficient and effective customer and facilities management services.
This will include:
... - Develop and display an understanding of the Housing Services business which involves the provision of a responsive and efficient service to government employees who live and work in rural, remote and outback areas of NSW.
- Responding to issues made and determining whether it’s in need of being repaired
- Deliver a range of maintenance and refurbishment works directly or through third party service providers to agreed budgets, timeframes and quality through site
About the ideal candidate:
You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following:
- Strong understanding of construction job sites
- NSW White Card
- Current Drivers license
- Strong stakeholder management
- Be comfortable flying to rural and remote areas of NSW
