About The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Early Childhood Coordination to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Partner in the Community Early Childhood Approach services in a defined geographic area. You will drive a supportive, safe, and outcome-oriented team culture while ensuring contractual and organizational expectations are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality early childhood services, ensuring adherence to NDIS contracts and relevant legislative obligations.
- Develop and monitor local community engagement plans to promote inclusive services and support mainstream integration for individuals with disabilities.
- Implement continuous quality improvement processes to maintain and enhance service standards.
- Manage compliance, human resources, and risk management aspects of the role, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships within the community, government bodies, service providers, and advocacy groups.
Soft Skills:
- Effective leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage workflows effectively.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address challenges and drive positive outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Extensive background in early childhood, families, or disability sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams.

- Experienced in implementing continual service improvements.
- Experience working with diverse communities, including CALD or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
