Position Overview:
We seek a Managing Principal Lawyer to provide expert legal support to the Education & Enforcement Division, focusing on achieving strategic enforcement outcomes. Responsibilities include advising investigators, reviewing evidence, managing prosecutions, and appearing in court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the Education & Enforcement Division.
- Review evidence and legal documentation.
- Manage prosecutions, including negotiation.
- Appear in court proceedings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Admitted as an Australian Lawyer.
- 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- Front-line prosecutor experience.
- Multi-disciplinary team experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management.
Desired Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of the Victorian justice system.
- Significant Court advocate experience.
- Prosecution, investigation, or enforcement environment experience.
