Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for 6 x customer service focussed individuals to join the Special Needs Assistance Project at Melbourne Airport
You will be responsible for
- Escorting wheelchair passengers from the check-in area, gates, boarding and lift areas
- Providing customer service to passengers with compassion and patience
Commencement details
This project will be commencing immediately if you hold a current ASIC.
If you require a new ASIC, the training will commence once your ASIC application has been submitted and approved.
3 x full days (9am till 5pm) paid training required prior to commencing shift work in May 2024
