YOU WILL:

- Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including child custody & parenting, child recovery orders, child relocation, divorce and separation, domestic and family violence,financial agreements, property settlements, spousal maintenance and superannuation splits.
- Provide compassionate and personalized legal guidance to clients during what can be emotionally challenging times.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of legal professionals dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
- Work in a dynamic and engaging environment that fosters professional growth and development.
- Make a meaningful impact by helping families navigate complex legal issues and secure their futures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 + years post-admission experience as a qualified lawyer.
- Experience in all aspects of Family Law
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Reporting to and working alongside the managing director
- Salary: Above market remuneration package: $150,000 - $185,000 + Super + Performance-based financial incentives (Paid quarterly)
- Reasonable and achievable billing targets
- Flexible working arrangement - Hybrid working (Mix of home and office)
- Full-time or Part-time
