your pay and timesheets.
To ensure you get paid accurately and on time, you will need to submit a timesheet every week by Friday close of business.
-
completing your timesheet
- Access the MyRandstad portal. You can access the portal by clicking HERE. Alternatively, you can download the MyRandstad App.
- Log in to your account. Use your email and password. If you can't remember your password, select "Forgot Password". You can also log in using your social media accounts like Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn.
- Find your timesheet. Once logged in, click on the "Timesheets" button on the left-hand side of the home page.
- Add your hours. The timesheet you need to submit should be under the 'To Do' section. If it's not there, click "+ Add Timesheet" and select the correct week.
- Fill in your details. Enter your start time (e.g., 08:00), end time (e.g., 17:00), and any unpaid break in minutes (e.g., 30) for each day.
- Submit. Once you have completed the timesheet, click the "Submit Timesheet" button.
-
timesheet troubleshooting
- To change a submitted timesheet: As long as it hasn't been approved, you can recall it to make changes. Go to your 'Submitted List', open the timesheet you want to edit, and click 'Recall Timesheet'. This returns it to your 'To Do' list.
- To add a timesheet: If you don't see any timesheets in your 'To Do' list, click 'Create Timesheet' in the top right corner of the screen. Then, choose the correct booking and week.
- To reset your password: Go to MyRandstad and click 'forgot password'. You will receive an email with instructions.
- To delete a day you didn't work: Simply do not enter any hours for that day. If you accidentally saved hours on a day you didn't work, click the 'clear' button to the far right of that day's shift information.
-
important reminders
- To get paid without delays, you must send in your timesheet by the end of your shift on Friday at the latest.
