About the Role:
As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by handling administrative tasks and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include registering receipt of emails and documentation, assisting with triage and responses, and providing status reports to your supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with the receipt, triage, and response to internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
- Register receipt of emails and documentation from external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide status reporting to your supervisor to keep them informed of progress and issues.
Key Skills:
- Experience in using computerized systems for administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for document management and communication.
- Good written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Essential Criteria:
- You must be an Australian citizen
- To work at an election, you need to be on the electoral roll
